📦 Delivery Information
Most orders are processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 1pm NZT (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm NZT or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days (depending on your location).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
⚠️ During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions), delivery may be delayed.
If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
📍 Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped under a shipment contract.
This means that risk and title pass to you once your order is handed to our carrier.
If you do not receive your order within 20 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately.
We must be notified within 45 days of your order date to investigate or issue reimbursement. Claims after this window will not be accepted.
📷 Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Email us at sales@tradingpieces.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item and packaging
Do not dispose of the item until we've reviewed your claim
We cannot process damage claims without photographic proof or if contacted outside the required timeframe.
🛑 Order Cancellations
We aim to dispatch orders quickly.
If you made an error or wish to cancel, contact us via live chat within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
If your order has shipped, you must return it to us before a refund can be processed.
↩️ Returns Policy
You may return any unused product(s) within 30 working days of delivery.
You must notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving your item(s).
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
Resalable, with all parts/components included
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Returned within 30 days of purchase
Returns due to change of mind must be sent at your cost. We do not accept returns for:
Damaged or altered items
Items used or customised
Items not returned in original condition
If returned items are damaged due to poor packing or are incomplete, a partial refund may be issued.
💸 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 working days
Refunds will be made in NZD, based on the current exchange rate at the time of refund (if applicable)
We are not responsible for any currency fluctuation losses or gains
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Re-check your bank account or credit card
Contact your bank or card issuer
If unresolved, contact us at sales@tradingpieces.co.nz
📦 Address Changes
Once your order is dispatched, we cannot change your shipping address.
Please double-check your details before submitting your order, or email us immediately if you notice an error.
🚚 Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for:
Third-party courier delays
Public holiday backlogs
Weather disruptions or unforeseen events
📦 Undelivered/Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Non-collection
Several failed delivery attempts
We will not refund any shipping costs. Additional shipping fees may apply if you wish to have it redelivered.
